Great hotel. Great location. Staff was very helpful and sweet.

This hotel was ok, location to tourist spots is great and our hotel room was comfortable. The room layout (suite) was not good, the bedroom to the bathroom was too far and the clothing storage area didn't have suitcase space to unpack clothes. Main comment must go to the extremely cold lobby and even colder breakfast room. Guests were trying to keep warm, even with the hot temps outside. The breakfast staff seemed unhappy and stressed and were unfriendly. We chose not to eat later at the restaurant in the hotel as it was very cold and the furnishings were unattractive, not comfortable.

Great location, comfortable room, high end quality. Hotel staff made restaurant recommendations for us that were fantastic.

Everything was perfect

Close to the Coliseum and Forum

Excellent property. Recently renovated. Staff was very helpful. Recommended!

Location was great to get to all the major sites in Rome. Staff was impecable- always offering to help and going above and beyond with customer service. Breakfast had extensive selections and rooms were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Hotel is excellent. Staff was very attentive. Most of the staff spoke English very well. Breakfast was satisfying. Hotel was accessible to the city in every regard. Close to Metro and taxis were always around. Short walk to Colosseum. Very nice way to start off our visit to Italy.

Typical European room, ample for king size bed. Need another suitcase stand. Delicious buffet breakfast. Lovely foyer and seating. Excellent location.

Everything was excellent and would stay again and again
