Excellent stay, highly recommend! Staff extremely friendly. We experienced a 10course dinner which was delicious and also lovely breakfast. We had an onsen within our room which was a fabulous experience. We will definitely be returning. Very peaceful and relaxing

This was the most charming, hospitable, beautiful and unforgettable Ryokan in Japan! The meals were so well thought out and crafted. Every little dish was delicious. We felt the care and love from the kitchen. We stayed in the room with a private onsen. Highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing experience. The complex is vast, with numerous onsen options, great food and service.
Time slows down here and this is the first accommodation we were sad to leave.

不錯 Staff and food services were excellent. Food were delicious. Room cleanliness were disappointed because spider webs noted on room ceiling fan and poles, and a live big cockroach found inside the closet.

A beautiful inn in the heart of Kurokawa Onsen, just steps away from the shops and the Information Center. The grounds are beautifully appointed, and the selection of private chartered baths is wonderful. The public baths are spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, so if you are looking for something more casual this may not be the place for you; but if you want a luxury experience this is it.

This is the best onsen hotel I have ever tried. If I can give them 6 stars, they deserve it. Not only service is good, food, decoration and amenities, as well as onsen are far more beyond my expectation. I would love to come back again. If only they sell their body soap, it will be even better because it’s quality is high and smell good.

We had a wonderful time at Noshiyu, Environment was sooo pretty, there was several different type of Bath (Onsen), we was able to enjoy within a property. Also, Food was perfectly prepared. I would love to come back again with my friends and family!
