Staff was very helpful friendly.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied so suit all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toiletries given and good quality. Clean md perfect location near the station.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff.

Enjoyed small friendly restaurants around the hotel. You can go to Kyoto using public transportation easily.

Good place

Staff was very friendly and the room was quite clean. My only wish is that the Air Conditioning was a bit stronger. I am from the North and used to brutal winters. We like it cold.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and held our bags since we arrived in Kyoto before check in time. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station and several convenience stores. Only complaint was that the bathroom was on a steep step that was not labeled. My friend and I stumbled on it a couple times before getting used to it.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. Extremely convenient location.

It was good people abit quit but good

Perfectly on a train line surrounded by amenities and shops that suit all needs, the hotel is lovely and would recommend, likely too return in future
