I stayed here at the toilet got clogged, and then the maintenance man came to unclog it and flooded the bathroom. Then, every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has let me keep my same room the next morning when I rebook. Not this one. They made me check out at 11 and re check in at 3… every other extended stay and even cheap dive hotels have let me pay per night instead of per week to stay in the same room. Horrid management

The room was infested with roaches

I originally booked the room for one night from Expedia and the following morning at 7 AM. I went to the office and asked if I could pay for another night and they told me because I booked through third-party that they were requiring me to check out at 11 and then come back and check in again at three. And in the meantime, I still haven’t got my deposit back so I can’t check in again because I don’t have the money for another deposit, I think it’s a ridiculous policy and it is just that a policy.. Make me leave for part of the day not be able to book a room again pay someone to clean the room when I could’ve just stayed there for a few hours and paid for another night.

I had a normal time at this property. It's advertised as a suites place, and there's a full, if small kitchen area in the room, but not a single pot, pan, or even coffee maker. No silverware to use on take-out food or anything like that. The price was right but the amenities were lacking. Maybe it was just my room?

No shampoo, no closet, no iron, no blow dryer

Clean room, spacious. Refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave & cupboard storage. Plus small dining room table. Quiet & safe

Roaches but it's a very good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful
