Comfortable stay. Clean property.

Everything was great and the food was ok would definitely recommend

WiFi did not work at all, needed to use my phone as a hot spot

The room was very well laid out and very comfortable! There were many free movies offered on the TV. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. The concierge named Michael went out of his way to help me acclimate to the surroundings, to direct me to restaurants, and to help me whenever possible! He went above and beyond! The breakfast at the Bistro was good except the breakfast potatoes were slightly overdone. The cook/waiter was very personable.

Very clean place to stay, not so quiet but understandable considering the location. I’d suggest using Valet parking, super easy drop off.

Front Door was not a place to drop off and pick up so we had to circle block twice to fully understand what street was the front entrance. Shower curtain torn near circular attachments to closure was not good which meant water on the floor more than safe. Pull out bed was cute but not functional as sitting was awkward. Good space in the workout room. Excellent service at Bistro!

Good

There were no amenities. The coffee was good at the café in the morning. The valet Jose was friendly and helpful. Location around the property was pretty rough

Aok

The young lady who checked us in was amazing. She was professional, helpful and sweet. There was a mix up with our room. We reserved 2 queen size beds and when we got to our room discovered that there was only a king size bed. I immediately called down and the young lady immediately took care of everything. All of the staff that we encountered was professional and friendly. I will definitely come back to this particular Hotel whenever I’m in town.
