Clean room

Good location. But very old and shower room wear down, need improvement. Found stinky smell on room and no good ambient feeling.

We enjoyed our stay at the conveniently located Hyatt House Herndon/Reston. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to visit during our stay. Check-in was challenging because of a glitch in how Hotels.com pays the hotel for our pre-paid stay. After the desk clerk spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to sort it out, we were able to check in. Never had that happen before, and hopefully never again. Our room was spacious, the kitchenette was nice to have, and the breakfast was good, though the breakfast eating area is relatively small. We did note that the hotel could use new carpeting in many of the common areas. There's a giant bleach stain on the carpet on the 4th floor. But I imagine it can be expensive to maintain a well used hotel. We'd consider staying here again!

They did a nice job with breakfast! Overall, it was a great stay.

Very good price around the area. The hotel is outdate but bedding and other services (breakfast and light evening foods) and deposit is extremely low of $20. This make me would stay here again in the future.

Our room wasn’t ready at check-in so they immediately gave us an upgraded room. Great breakfast, helpful staff, nice room!

Nice sized rooms with couch, chairs and kitchen. Nice workout area. Nice breakfast. Could walk to metro (about 1/2 mile). Noce mirrored area to get ready while other person was in bathroom. Only negatives for our particular room was water pressure could have been a little stronger and bed was bouncy.
