We have used this Hotel numerous times over the years and find it excellent every time, the tecestaff are friendly and professional. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast as always wonderful with a good choice of dishes. The staff at this hotel are an asset to the Holiday inn branch . Thank you

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change would be the breakfast. The breakfast was always the same thing and offered nothing hot.

Great stop with an outlet with loads of shops and restaurants

The best part of this hotel, aside from staff, is the water pressure and the location right next to an outlet and a mall. Plenty of food options! Not in walking distance to anything else. But very clean and a decent breakfast.

This hotel was lovely and puts American ones to shame . We were however very upset about the choice of this location for our travel needs. The Expedia agent I worked with when our plans changed about staying in downtown Madrid to staying one night near the airport before our flight to Amsterdam. Not knowing the city, I relied on the agent's skill to make an appropriate choice. This hotel was in the exact opposite of the area we needed and consequently it cost us an extra 50 Euros to get to the airport and through horrendous traffic early in the morning!. I am sure I will be a long time before trusting an agent with Expedia.

Room was clean check in was easy, the room did smell a bit damp but didn’t take away from it, location was great with lots of amenities close by

The place is decent for the price. No a/c in our room, had to open the window while it was raining to get some ventilation and to cool down the room.
