四条烏丸から徒歩で約8分程。途中の細道にたくさんおしゃれなバルやレストランが立ち並ぶ。広い通りに出れば徒歩7分圏内にスーパーマーケットも２つ３つ。1番近いファミマ（コンビニ）にはLOOPのステーション。バス停も徒歩5分ほど。立地は全ての中間のようで悪くない。小分けされた６人ずつ程の共通ベッドルーム内には冷蔵庫があり、いちいちキッチンゾーンに降りなくても冷たい飲み物がすぐ取れて便利。ただそこの利用者はシャワールームのみ許され、バスタブ（浴槽付き）は使用者がルームタイプにより限定されているので、ホームページにはそのルールを厳格に前もって記載しておいて欲しい。10分ほど歩くとサウナが人気のpublic bath 銭湯があったり、まっすぐ南下して15分ほどで毎朝行列が出来る老舗のおはぎ屋さんがあったりと、住人のような生活も送れるエリアで京都を感じることができる。

Newly done, every dom has attached bathing area, kitchen with utensils, ovens, microwaves, tea kettle, coffee machine, dining and refrigerator. rooms were clean and cozy.

Me and my sister really enjoyed our stay here. It was a quiet and nice place to rest after a long day touring around. We liked the options for coffee in the morning and the freedom to use the kitchenette area :)

The property is near downtown Kyoto so you are next to all your shopping necessities. Public transportation is available from bus to trains.

We only had two nights here, but it was one of our favorite stays in Japan. Hotel was clean. Staff was super helpful and the room was spacious.

Excellent place to stay in Kyoto. Great location, friendly stuff, very clean, great price.,everything you need there. The little restaurant to eat, great homemade type food, great prices, I really liked it :) i highly recommend
