The hotel charged a tourist tax upon chicken that was previously not disclosed. The room was clean, but some of the walls had some mildew. The bar attendant was extremely helpful and professional.

Great location, nice place to stay when preparing for a cruise. The breakfast was not included and was an extra charge, we passed and found a nice little bistro down the street.

It is a 3 star at best. The air condition barely worked. It was very hot. They didn’t have electric converters. It did the job for the night before the cruise, but was to hot!

Conveniently situated near the train station. The room was large, clean and had all amenities. The breakfast was good and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Well, first of all the air-conditioning in Italy is controlled. And it was very hot in the rooms and they had no way of making it cooler. The breakfast was really good Overall, the staff were very unfriendly. It was like you were a bother if you ask them a question. The language barrier seemed to be a problem, but instead of trying, they just would not answer you or be rude. I would not recommend this hotel
