The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

This place is in the middle of Scottsdale and easy to get places. Property was well-maintained and clean. The morning breakfast was a plus staff was very friendly. Good value for the money.

Clean rooms, good locations but elevator issues through out the stay.

Dominic, one of the staff members, was friendly, personable, and welcoming. My friend and I are both deaf, and Dominic knew basic fingerspelling, which he used to communicate with us. He also used gestures, and we really appreciated his effort to make us feel comfortable. We were satisfied with our room, except that the mattresses on both beds were too soft. I think they should be replaced soon. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located to all venues and services.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, excelente servicio y ubicación

Pleasant place to stay. Middle of town. Eateries and hang outs in proximity.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Thank you!

The host at the entrance was very professional and just happy. He was more than helpful and very positive which means the world for folks traveling and coming through to have someone receive you with such positive customer service. Thank you so much.

The hotel looks great after the remodel. Everything was good, except the elevators were not working properly. And one was not working at all. I was on a floor that did not have an ice machine, we had to go to another floor every time we needed ice that was kind of an inconvenience
