Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean enough. Typical management about maintenance though. Some things do not work and are not going to be repaired, through no fault of the hospitality staff.

Just can’t recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other budget places in Siem Reap with better rooms, breakfasts and staff.

Great location near rhe river, just a 10 minute walk from Pub Street and the Night Market. Nice buffet breakfast on the roof. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are excellent. I always stay here when I visit Siem Reap.

Very quiet and comfortable room, even when the street can be noisy for public events and festivals. Whenever I had a problem with something in the room maintenance fixed it within a few minutes.

Charming hotel in a great location near the centre of Siem Reap. I have stayed here 5 times. Great staff. Too bad they no longer serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace; now it is ground level at the front of the hotel.

The rooms are nice, the location is good, I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Rooftop lounge for breakfast. Staff were very helpful, arranged a private car to Prasat Preah Vihear. Excellent location and old world charm.

Ac didn’t get cold enough, only at night. Breakfast was awful..

The whole place needs renovation. Spacious but so old.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. They were able to accommodate our requests and very polite.
