Breakfast was not that great. Washroom was not that clean :(

Horrible breakfast. Croissant, bread, butter. That's it. Not worth it. Stuff is complaining - my kids hadn't eat croissant on breakfast,they didn't eat anything since not much, but they took croissant with them - stuff wanted to charge me for it, claiming that it's additional payment. Horrible, you can tell that it's not allowed or it's for additional payment, I really would've paid separately, it's kids they take it normally, but being not nice and only when we were doing checkout asking for additional money man not fair!

Room was very clean and fit our family of 4. The location was perfect to go into Paris. 2 min walk to metro and one Metro line to get to Opera. Monop across the street for grocery basics was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Good for a weekend

This hotel was not impressive my room was dirty had hair on the floor and the sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed. Would definitely not recommend

Clean and warm room with good faciliti

The staff was very accommodating We changed rooms 3 times due to size (3adults) and ventilation/noise issue. They took the time to listen to our demands and offered a quick solution.

The room was as advertised and expected, however, we were not informed of the large construction site next door prior to our stay. It would have been nice to be informed or located to a room that’s window didn’t face the construction. Early each morning we woke to loud construction right outside our window and this was a disappointing factor to our stay. However, the staff member in the desk the day we arrived was very welcoming, which was nice after a late flight.

Very modest room small but cozy. The staff housekeeping and customer service was not friendly I feel unwelcome except for our first night the customer service are approachable, accommodating and friendly we never saw him again and I wish we did to let him know the hotel need a staff like him.
