Great location, very small rooms, no elevator. Nonetheless, a nice place to stay at an affordable price.

Excellent place, perfect location, renovated rooms, clean rooms, excellent coffee in lobby! Slight drawback is no elevator, but they can bring up your luggage to your room. Or you can keep some luggage in storage in lobby.

The hotel is located at Le Marais, a couple of minutes walk from St Paul Station. The room is small, which is expected of Paris hotels. It would be good for visiting Paris for a couple of days. Also, note that there is no lift.

A 3 min walk from St Paul's metro stop and an easy walk to the Seine. Rooms are quite tight, but the location makes up for it.

It was my second time staying at Practic hotel . Small hotel but great location and the service is exceptional. They make everything possible to make the customer feels comfortable. This hotel is starting to feel like a second home in Paris. Every time I go to Paris I will be staying at Practic . I recommend it . Lovely place

Rooms were clean but weirdly bathrooms had frosted glass doors. Not ideal if sharing with friends or kids etc. Breakfast - wouldn’t recommend. Coffee was great but no milk for cereal. I appreciate you could have asked for it. No ham, cheese just bread. Yoghurt available and soft cheese. Location is great.

It’s a nice hotel, perfect for solo travelers because of tiny rooms. You need a really good health conditions if you are accommodated in the last floor, no elevator. It keeps so clean and there’s no no noises, you can sleep in a really good bed
