Great stay, spacious rooms and well maintained facilities

Parking you now pay £5.00 don’t know why out of town Breakfast was really good only ate continental but hot food looked good Room faced a brick wall and bins laundry store the best thing about the room was the shower although over a bath The staff are pretty miserable looking they seem as if they are just there to do the basic try smiling a good morning would not go a miss

Paid for premium delux room on check in they only had standard double rooms left hadno refund from holiday inn only a complimentary drink which does not amount to my extra 100 pound which i paid for delux room not exceptable wont be staying again

I had a good stay. The staffs were approachable and friendly.

Staff extremely friendly helpful and informative. Breakfast was great.makes a change these days to find staff that at really happy to help you.

No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors.

Good location , close to station and town centre. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast, clean room

Handy for trips to North Kent area

Staff were great as usual. Improved here in the last few months except for the parking charge! Breakfast and dinner were fine. Reasonably priced against others.
