Beautiful hotel located close to everything. Felt like a resort in the middle of Vientiane

Very Friendly staff, pretty clean rooms, pretty good breakfast.

Like the times I have stayed previously and will again in future it was great. Like being at home. Thanks to everyone

I couldn't fault the room, great aircon easy to adjust and control I instructed housekeeping exactly how i wanted the bed made they did it the same every day of my 14 day stay. Breakfast buffet exceptional. I stay in lots of hotels I salute Lao Plaza.

Air conditioning in the room wouldn’t cool below 24 degrees. Spoke to reception and nothing spoke to them the following day and nothing spoke to them again and nothing then spoke to a manger and nothing. She just said you’re on the sunny side of the hotel. Okay well why won’t it cool down at 4am when there is no sun??. At one point the water in the basin was actually running brown. Not a god place the staff just do not care at all.

Well equipped gym, comfortable beds, great location airport shuttle and extremely well trained staff.

Good price, good breakfast buffet, kind and helpful staff. Will stay here again.

Welcoming staffclean room.

I can’t compliment this place enough. I rarely give 5 starts for anything but this hotel has won me over. The staff are friendly, the room and amenities are excellent, the desk staff are super helpful, and the hotel breakfast is actually a good deal.

I cant praise this facility enough, thank you for a wonderful stay, bed room restaurant front desk all are doing a wonderful job. Thanks.
