Incredible stay, the room was clean, the service was impeccable. The shuttle was such a huge help! 10/10 would stay again.

Staff was great and for the age of the property it was still maintained. Would rather have more than a brown bag for breakfast but it was enough inadequate.

dirty rooms especially the bathrooms with holes in the ceiling, air conditioner made a noise like it was on its death rattle & only ran for a couple of minutes before shutting off, very week water pressure, wood door wouldn't shut properly, staff seemed put out giving the sack lunch for breakfast (which consisted of over ripe banana, stale granola bar hot yogurt. only stayed 1 of the 3 nights. this was not recently remodeled like advertised. tried to contact Expedia with no luck (weekend)will never use either again. this probably won't get posted but you asked!

We arrived at 430 pm and they said they had sent a email earlier in the day for confirmation however I was driving and never check my email. It had been sent about 3 hours before we arrived. They had cancelled our reservation for 2 queen beds and didn't have the same type room. They suggested all they had was a king with pull out couch for 298 dollars. This was much higher than the Expedia price we expected. Breakfast was a too go brown bag which I was not expecting. I thought it was sit down breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel had awful smell. Perfume smell trying to mask bad smell. Fixtures in bathroom loose. Hot water didn’t work very well. Ok room, lots of room for improvement.

Very friendly staff, super clean rooms. The pillows were amazing. Great location. Save as well. Will be back

Very professional staff

Stay was great. Shuttle to airport not so good. Pick up at the airport was ok, we just called front desk and provided location. Their shuttle is just a regular van that is not always ready to go because the driver is also the manager on duty, the front desk person and the hotel supervisor. So they unusually ask guests to schedule transportation to airport. If for any particular reason you forget about scheduling, they will initially refuse taking you to the airport. If guest insists, like we did, will make you wait one hour until they feel comfortable to take you and with a higher chance to miss your flight.

The two rooms we were in had door issues . Stick so hard and push forcefully. First bathroom had no hot water so they moved to another room across the hall. Good hot water there but the toilet ran all night. Got to Lobby around 845 am and breakfast was gone not available, no attendants around. Paid for parking and shuttle to/ from airport . Driver picked up another fare trip of 7 that pushed us back to the hotel another 30 minutes.
