Staff and room were great. Breakfast was great. TV reception was poor.

Very tiny bathroom

Front desk folks on both shifts are very helpful. The ladies in the kitchen are very accommodating. The Paddington train station is very close. Dozens of restaurants are within walking distance and it's very easy to get to all of the sites. There is no elevator ( lift) if you can't climb then request a first floor room. The bathroom was tiny and not conducive for someone with a large habitus.

Excellent service, nice sauna in lower floor. Location very convenient. Parking was available for me outside

Clean room, small bathroom. We were only there for one night after a 9 hour flight. Was able to get a good sleep.

This hotel is very conveniently located a few minutes walk from Paddington station with great connections to Heathrow. There are pubs, restaurants, and groceries nearby. The full English breakfast was excellent. There was also cereals, bread and cheese for a lighter choice. We had room 16 downstairs. It was small but functional. The bathroom was compact but sufficient. The shower had lots of hot water. There is no lift and the breakfast room is downstairs. The hotel is old with no sign of air conditioning, fairly typical for London.

Great welcome, welcome drinks given and very friendly. Breakfast was hot full English which was nice. Amazing location near Hyde Park and London Paddington.

Amazing place to stay, all the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Breakfadt was excellent, beds were comfortable and super clean bathroom. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets right nearby, Hyde Park just around the corner and Paddington a 2 minute walk, so convenient for everything. We would highly recommended staying here.

Fab location, good room and breakfast. Welcoming staff. Fastfood, bars and restaurants and underground just a couple of minutes away. Easy walk through Hyde Park for museums. Would recommend.

The hotel was lovely. The noise from the room room next door though hindered sleep, I was there to begin work at 0530 and was unable to sleep through the weird pump noises behind my head board, the hairdryer and shower going after 1am. I used ear plugs but was still woken. Great place to stay if you don't have to be up!
