Room is clean. A little bit overpriced as far as a resort fee and parking price. Other wise would consider that place to stay again.

The property is great, rooms a big. We have stayed multiple times. The only thing I wish is that the listing indicate the room number, so that we can try to book the room we like best. Some rooms have freezers some do not, some balconies. Some beds better than others. The one thing we wish they had was an ice machine. We go to the beach and need ice every day. We will be back!

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. However, there were two major issues that significantly affected our experience. First, the beach in front of the hotel had an excessive amount of sargassum throughout our stay. The smell was very unpleasant, and it was impossible to access or enjoy the water. What was most frustrating is that if you walked just one block down the beach, the water was swimmable. This seemed to be an issue specific to this hotel’s beach area. We chose this hotel partly because of its beach service, but unfortunately we were unable to use it even once. The second issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection was extremely unreliable, making it virtually impossible to work from the hotel. If you’re planning to work remotely during your stay, this is something to keep in mind. Aside from these two issues, our experience was positive thanks to the comfortable room and the excellent service from the staff.

To be clear this property is not a hotel. I was fortunate to be helped by a resident as to where to check in and if I had arrived after 5 pm would have had a problem. The property is also a 2

Very Good

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was very spacious, looks just like the pictures, quiet space and nice beach access 5 minutes away, would definetely come back. Hosts are also very responsive

Booking system did not make clear that room would not be serviced. However this had nothing to do with fact that the condo floor was filthy requiring us to wear flip flops indoors. Whilst property is no pets, the condo opposite had dog that continually barked, encouraged by a human. Young children ran up and down the corridor, late into the evening and early in the morning, waking us every day of our stay. Our room had a mosquito issue as highlighted by the squashed mosquitoes on the curtains, a present from previous guests that has gone unnoticed by housekeeping. When issues were reported the receptionist simply said that our booking didn't include cleaning and how did they know that we didn't create the dirty floor. Effectively accusing us of being the cause. Whilst well located with great beach amenity and bikes on site, the above ruined our experience and we do not recommend to anyone unless the above is what you seek!!

Best location in Bal Harbour for a beach vacation. You can walk to the beach and to the mall. You don’t need a car if you are staying there. The old building needs some love and care. We saw cockroaches.
