15 minutes walk from Vatican City and public transportations, but uphill! Quiet residential area.

Property well maintained and clean. Hours for dinner not long enough. Room was great!

Clean room staff was very helpful great area close to everything.

Staff excellent. Breakfast ok. Ventilation closed during the night. Room very clean.

When we first checked in, the bathroom had a strong odor, and we ended up needing to switch rooms. The staff handled the situation quickly and moved us without any issues. We also had an early flight home, and the team prepared a takeout breakfast for us, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself feels very outdated. The bathroom especially needs renovation, and there were very few electrical outlets available in the room. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the facilities could really use an update.

Parking was safe with plenty of room. Bit of a walk to the Vatican, about 15 minutes but downhill.

Quite basic room but clean and comfortable. Lovely helpful and friendly staff.

Christina was amazing! Great Hospitality and very eager to ensure we were comfortable in our rooms. A warm personality and ensure us that our needs were not too much to be met. Housekeeping was also neat and ensure daily cleaning, also pleasant personality. The only con was that there were some renovations being made and the noise wouldn’t allow us to sleep in past 7am. By the time we were leaving, renovation was complete so I would imagine this won’t be an issue in the future.
