Overall good for short stays.

Windows very thin so make sure it's not overlooking the construction site across the road. Staff friendly and helpful when we asked to move.

Everything was clean and convenient near the station. However, although on the 5th floor I still needed earplugs for the noise. The decor and furniture are a little tired. Scratches and scuffs on the walls and the furniture looks a little bashed. The area is convenient and right by the arc de triomphe, but it didn't feel like the vest area of Marseille to stay. However, it had everything you need for a stay and reasonable value.

Breakfast selection was limited. There could have been more choice. There were no more yogarts halfway through our stay. Air conditioner didn’t work

No air conditioning in the property (was told that it would come on the second day of our trip, but it didn’t at all) forcing us to leave the window open all night to try and cool the room down. The street outside was busy and noisy all night Śwęitęk kept us awake with sirens from police and things like that going off every 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is also full of undesirable people which feels unsafe later in the evening from about 7 pm so walking home feel a little bit dangerous… The hotel was a decent price and we situated near the station… But I guess the dangerous location is the offset

La localisation près des gares de trains et de bus était excellente. 20 minutes de marche pour se rendre au Vieux Port. L’hôtel était impeccable, l’accueil et le personnel était très gentil. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Room was not in good condition, toilet water was leaking. Staffs were very nice.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Added bonus was the do-it-yourself laundry service. Room a wee bit small, but nice balcony and view onto plaza. Great location for St Charles train station. Good too for walking to and from the old port area, though one nearby street a bit sketchy at night. But great stay.

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and unsettling. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the location was nothing like what had been described online. The surrounding area felt unsafe, and we were approached by several men outside, which left us feeling anxious and vulnerable. Hoping for reassurance, we went inside to speak with the staff, but they showed little concern and offered no meaningful assistance. Their dismissive attitude only added to our discomfort. At that point, we no longer felt safe staying there and decided to leave immediately. This experience completely shattered our trust in this hotel’s description and Expedia's standards. I believe no guest should have to endure such conditions. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent others from having a similar experience.
