The staff really make this hotel stand out, they couldn’t do enough to help us and accommodate our needs.

Very clean room

Really helpful staff, location was good and breakfast was very nice.

The property was ok. There’s plenty of signs of it being dated and in need of repair. The room itself was good. Seems like it was updated with newer flooring and furniture. But the bathroom shower had visible rust and cracking. One elevator wasn’t working so that made it difficult to get to our floor. The staff was nice and the restaurant was good. Overall, it was decent value but I probably would pick somewhere better if I visited Nairobi again.

Buffet Breakfast had an assortment of cuisine to choose from ....... Location is quiet.....Staff were warm and helpful all the time!

N/A

Hotel was great. Staff were very welcoming, professional & helpful. There was building work happening at the time. Location is great. I should have researched first about roaming, taxis & area first. The staff were very helpful and were able to help me understand

Very average to below average property

Room not cleaned well on check in. Tons of hair in the shower

Good location close to the bypass. Quiet and very safe. The staff are fantastic, always ready to help. Very clean!!
