Great view location and staff a little out date but overall 8/10

The staff were friendly and able to help me with booking glitch with Expedia. The room we originally booked was not available but was able to resolve the issues. Thanks Tina and her co worker. The place has lots of stairs going up to the rooms, not suitable for seniors with knee problems. Our stay was pleasant .

The food was very, very good. There were a lot of cool spots where I could just work and use my laptop, and the internet was excellent. The manager came by to check on me, and I found that to be very top-notch customer service, but the staff was good all the way around. The layout, the cleanliness, and the swimming pool were very clean. Everything was fantastic.

Recommended for rest and relaxation.

Too many stairs....we stayed on the steptest mountain with the tallest castle in the highest tower. With no warning and no elevator. When we got there you would expect an exceptional view except our room had smoked glass that you couldnt see out of. As a westerner i expected toilet paper...i have been in the philippines for a year now but still need the tissue to dry my butt. Shampoo was empty. They made me preform an inventory of the room. In the morning it took 6 phone calls before someone answered the phone to send up the porter. On the plus the property itself is very well maintained and the meals were good. The staff are super friendly. Unfortunately the pros outweigh the cons on this property which is a real pitty

Nice little hotel. Good for short stays. Nice pools and room was comfortable enough for a couple of days. Staff were friendly.

All good

This is a very nice hotel. Pools are nice, the room is comfortable and clean. Would stay here again

Staff are nice! The location is bad no lighting and dark driving around the area. Hard to see the street name.

Altaroca Mountain Resort in Antipolo is a relaxing getaway with a laid-back ambiance and well-maintained pools. The rooms are comfortable, though the bathrooms are quite small. The staff is friendly and quick to address any concerns, ensuring a smooth stay. While the food options are decent, there’s room for improvement in variety and quality. Accessibility can be a bit tricky, so planning transportation in advance is recommended. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short retreat near Manila, especially for those looking for a simple and hassle-free escape.
