No A/C at all, windows opened wild. Old interior

Beds should be arranged with the bedheads away from the window. Cold draft enters through the glass pane. Staff are good & the hotel is centrally located.

The pictures online didn't matched the stay.

The footlight in room 303 is broken. Please fix the footlight.

小倉駅からモノレールに沿って15分くらい歩くだけで着ける。モノレールを利用するなら2つ目の旦過駅で下車するとホテルが目の前にある。良心的な価格にも関わらず朝食付、どこへ行くにも徒歩圏内の好立地でお勧めです。

They need to update their facility, or renovate.

They promptly attended to my nonsmoking room request. Will book again.

The staff at check in were not very friendly, nor helpful. The building is under construction and it would have been very helpful for me to know that. I would have booked a different property. We've stayed at other Toyoko Inns and the room is pretty standard.

It was nice stay. Room is clean. Front is polite. Breakfast was good, but they finished food supply before 9 o'clock so that you cannot eat fully when you go there 08:50.

unlike other cities in Japan, The city Gokura is dirty. The hotel is also very old, and the smell is quite bad. Maybe because of the smoking rooms,floors near. Lobby is at 2nd fl, which is also a odd structure. I would say this is a 3500yen hotel.
