Good and simple. Good spot for those doing lasik at top eye center and have to do the 24hr check up after. 7/11 nearby. The room is very simple but for the price it is okay.

Good place to stay on a budget. The rooms are basic but have everything you require (apart from coffee making facilities). Boiling water and a microwave can be found in the reception area. The apartment building is set back from the main road and only a short walk from a seven eleven. It’s an ideal location for visiting Ko Kret and only fifteen minutes by taxi to Impact. Seemed to be many students from the nearby hospitals staying long term in the rooms, which goes to show what good value the rooms are. Phong the manager spoke very good English and all the staff were very friendly. To sum up. Although the building is dated and in need of some TLC. It is kept very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

เดินทางสะดวกมากเลยค่ะ แต่รบกวนทำป้ายให้มองเห็นชัดมากกว่านี้ มีคนเข้าพักตลอด ใกล้ร้านอาหาร มีที่จองรถสะดวก สบาย มากเลยค่ะ ใกล้ห้างเซ็นทรัลแจ้ง โรงแรมติดถนน ไปไม่ยากเลยค่ะ เดินทางสะดวก

เป็นตัวเลือกที่พักที่ดีคับ จะกลับมาพักอีกถ้ามีโอกาส

It was a very budget minded place that is in need of a major update, I actually ended up checking out a day early.

幹線道路沿いですのでお店は少ないです。こちらの観光目的でしたらバンコク滞在でバス等で日帰りの方がお勧めです。

เจ้าหน้าที่อัธยาศัยดี ห้องพักรายวันจะอยู่ชั้น 3 ของอาคาร โดยชั้นอื่นจะเป็นการพักรายเดือน ห้องน้ำไม่มีอ่างล้างมือในห้อง แต่อ่างล่างมือจะอยู่ข้างนอกระเบียงห้องซึ่งไม่สะดวกในการใช้งานเลย ที่พักมี wifi free แต่เข้าไม่ได้เลย

Honestly i didn't have much time staying in my room because of my limited time (I came for business) but surely i did have a great time. It was a good stay. Comfy!
