The Front Desk Team was so helpful with the challenges of today’s world challenges-changing reservations for travel , directions and guidance on restaurants , pharmacies etc.

The staff are hospitable and very helpful !

Stay out of room 301. Terrible experience. This room has no direct sunlight and it is under the staircase. Whoever is walking on the stairs it is like someone is jumping on top of the room and even walls are shaking. Other than that hotel is nice , good location. Just not the room 301.and also no refrigerator in the rooms.

Tres bien! Merci!

Great location and charming interior Our Deluxe Courtyard view room was quite spacious and the bathroom with double sinks and strong shower was perfect

Our stay was good.

Excellent service, accueil irréprochable, bien situé. On y reviendra!

Perfect Paris location. Around the corner from so many outdoor cafes, wonderful restaurants and shopping. VERY French hotel with service extraordinare. Rooms are furnished very Parisian as are the public areas. This is NOT a Hilton/Marriott/chain hotel! Such charm.

Perfect location, extremely helpful staff. We felt very well cared for. The hotel is very quiet and understated. The rooms were quite generous for Paris.

Lovely old hotel in a wonderful, safe neighborhood. Staff was warm and friendly. Accommodations were roomy with a very nice sitting area apart from the bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.
