We stayed 1 night while touring and enjoyed out stay in a property with lots of character. The staff were very cheerful and helpful making the brief stay a good experience.

A lovely hotel, a good base for coming and going. Staff were lovely and food was good.

Room is definetly not very clean. Shower courtain had mold and bed sheets had stains. I understand hotel is a bit old and I don't complain about the buildig itself but things like the sheets and courtains should definitely be better

Easy location. Several walkable restaurants and pubs. Food was fine but not amazing. Good value.

Great location! Very nice room with very clean bathroom, big shower, big (working!) TV, coffees & teas and dog friendly! Free parking on site, and dining available in restaurant below.

An extremely dated accommodation which is quite a way from Loch Ness. We were disappointed with the room which started off with a huge skip permanently outside the front door in the lodges. The lodges are wooden and extremely dated, very bright lights in the room, water was scolding hot with no warning signs. The view from the lodge out the back window was of a wall with overgrown trees and rubbish. We checked out early in the morning, 2 hours before the check-out time. If you are looking for Loch Ness and to be closer to amenities and Loch Ness, stay in St Augustus.

Located in the same compound as the Lochness experience and the smallest Gin distillery in Scotland, this hotel is at a very convenient location. The room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable and the overall stay was great. The staff are really friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Donald who checked us in super efficiently and was kind enough to answer our questions. The restaurant is overpriced, we only had some cakes and coffee, which was nice, can’t comment on meals. There was a fan in the room, which was nice since it was a warm day. No hair dryer/iron etc.
