The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. Always a pleasure Bannisters. Until next time. 👌

Lovely property within walking distance to the beach. Room was very clean, easy parking on property, roof top restaurant was very pretty, offering a nice menu. We booked, as recommended. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous spot, modern and clean hotel. Delicious rooftop bar and breakfasts! Staff all very friendly and welcoming!

We had a lovely stay at Bannisters. Some of the details are slightly lacking and feeling a little dated but it's a wonderful location and the staff, rooftop and ambience are great.

Don't stay here it was disgusting. The most overpriced worn down and poorly looked after hotel i have every stayed. They allow pets and the carpet is stained with pet pee. The elevator and air con blowing into the rooms absolutely stinks of smoke. The restaurant is sub-par for the price. There is this weird cafe out the front of reception with staff attending to the cafe wearing bizarre tennis skirts each day (haha) and a games/checkers room like we are still living in the 1800s. Avoid this place like the plague.
