Very poor experience, staffs are not helpful at the desk for all future customers this not a hotel but “ B&B” there are no staff but rude front desk workers with attitude housekeeping is poor safes do not work, coffee & tea are not replenished. Will have problem with keys no doubt. Recommendation please please find another hotel as this is my (our) experience with 4 nights stay with two rooms.

Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and great pressure. There is no A/C! Rooms are extremely hot and uncomfortable. You need to bring a fan or 2 and and open the window just to make it bearable. I would stay here again just because is the A/C situation.

Stayed here for a couple of night while we visited Paris. The lady on reception was not very welcoming and when I complained about a problem with the room was a bit dismissive. A shame because other staff were friendly. The fish on the toilet wasn't working and when I reported it I was told that it usually does, insinuating that I was lying. Someone came and looked at it but didn't fix it, I had to get it working myself. The room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was very good. There was supposed to be a gym facility which my wife was looking forward to using but there was no sign of it, possibly because there was some renovation work going on. Generally good for the price but a few things let it down.
