Clean, inexpensive, and safe. Breakfast option was standard and worthwhile.

They charged me again for breakfast. And they said is a misleading we send you the refund. I don’t see it on my account. I want my money back please. Sameer the receptionist was dirty and terrible. He is a thief

Nous avons séjourné à l'Ozz Hostel du 8 mai au 9 mai. Malgré la propreté des lieux, le manque de professionnalisme de certains membres du personnel et les installations inadaptées ont rendu la fin de notre séjour désagréable. Après avoir "check-out" nous avons demandé s'il était possible de laisser nos bagages en sécurité à l'hôtel. Les membres du personnel ont entreposé nos bagages dans la cour arrière malgré que les inquiétudes que nous avions exprimer par rapport à la météo et autres contraintes de l'environnemenent. À notre retour, autour de 15h, nous avons retrouvé nos bagages, incluant un manteau et un hoodie, couvert d'excréments d'oiseaux, certaines de ces taches sont non-nettoyables. Après avoir répété à l'employé dans quel état était nos bagages, nous nous sommes fait dire "Bienvenue en France", comme si notre situation l'amusait. Grand manque de professionnalisme. À prendre en considération avant de réserver.

I had a wonderful stay in Nice Ozz…the staff - Messr Ben, Noah, Sebastian - were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with everything being 5 min (station) 10 (shopping) 15 (la plate) walking distance. The breakfast was very nice and ready fresh every morning. Thank you. Mk

The room was great and staff was super nice

Staff was friendly, room was well taken of.

The single room for a couple is very small otherwise everything thing was good

The receptionist in the morning is very rude. You ask her to extend your stay, there were no people she made me to wait outside another dsy. Asked her about missing charger, she sad they not seen anything. Not good and not polite at all.
