I stayed there to attend a girls soccer tournament. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, but the amenities in the hotel were very limited. They don't have a restaurant - there was a menu to order food after 5 in the lobby but they only had 2 items available and only beer, no wine or cocktails. The pool was small & crowded and noisy from the highway & they only had a few chairs. The good news is that it's across the parking lot from the Ontario Mills Mall which has everything a person could ever need!

Air conditioning was not working properly, room smelled musty, elevator broken, shower head didn't work right, and shower leaked. It was so run down.

The room was fine. However, the negative part of this experience was that a hotel staff decided to call our room at 5:20am regarding an error from check in. When confronted, the staff did not do anything to respond to this strict inconvenience. This call absolutely ruined our stay and made it uncomfortable. If you are looking for a big room, it’s your hotel. But if you want good service find somewhere else.

Once we got the correct room everything was excellent. The only thing missing was Guests weren't able to grill food outside.

I did not like the staff attending breakfast. They were rude, as they didn’t let me get a piece of muffin at 10:02 am

The room wasnt clean

Lack luster experience. We had to move rooms because the first room had a terrible smell and black mold spores growing in the shower. The staff had a hard time responding to simple requests for towels and toilet paper. Additionally, the rooms weren’t well maintained; torn couches, worn wood, extremely tarnished and rusted towel racks, dirty irons, old AC units.

Hi everything went great! Staff personnel and the breakfast was excellent!

Tv didn’t work the whole stay . When we went down to get coffee there none made when we asked staff he said ok and stood on his phone and never refilled it. No parking we had to park across the street at mall . Little things hopefully they can work on
