Excellent location and amazing amenities.

The staff was super nice, the location is near many transit stops & shops, and the all-day buffet is off the charts awesome, especially when you’re jet lagged! The room was small for 3 people and they charged a daily charge for my son, but that’s the only slight negative, and the rest of the positives outshine that detail. Plus the hotel itself is rich with detailing like chandeliers and balconies to sit and sip a coffee or have a snack anytime of the day. Also, they occasionally have live musicians play, and that was absolutely lovely too. Overall an amazing experience!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. We stayed on June 27,2027. Cata the concierge was so lovely. She helped us with tickets for the hop on hop off bus, made sure we were comfortable and our bags were brought to the room. In addition to the lovely room, the food and drinks available was amazing…at no extra charge. When we arrived after a long journey we were able to have some food and drinks right away as we settled in. The location is perfect, close to shopping and attractions. Loved it!!!

Very dirty there was bugs on the bed sheets where dirty as will when I got into the room I would pay the little extra and find a better place I contacted the manger didn’t do anything about it they don’t care to make it right

Easily our favorite place to stay in Barcelona, if not Europe. Helpful, friendly, English-speaking staff, excellent 24-hour food/snack buffet and dining room, great location, safe walk-in shower. This is our go-to hotel!

Too pricy for an old hotel

Great location, beautiful property and great amenities, you are at the heat of Las Ramblas.

Great location. The staff are helpful and polite. Our room was a good size full of light and very comfortable. The open buffet has a hot / cold breakfast and is very convenient for an afternoon snack or a glass of wine in the evening. Some of the reviews we had read were inexplicably negative but we did not encounter any issues & would stay here again.

Unfortunate experience at this hotel while traveling through europe with our infant. The room was seemingly infested with cockroaches and spiders that we noticed when going to bed that evening. We made the front desk aware the following morning and they indicated management would follow up to make things right. No communication was received.
