Location is good, but the hotel is dated. Pool terrrace is not as nice as shown in pictures.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’ve appreciated their kindness and helpful information as well as the books for the young children!

Our stay was lovely. The rooms were clean and the staff was really nice and helpful! We only stayed one night and the front desk staff was more than happy to keep our luggage while we explored Marseille. I would stay at the Marseille Novotel again.

很好商務出差
The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet.
The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

The rooms were nice however needing an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was nice and had alot of choices where you didn't feel like you had the same thing every day. Great location as well.
