Muy bueno lo recomiendo

The night attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not accommodating to the fact that I could not be in a room that was smoking. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It had someone else’s hair in there. The couch was dirty.

Parking lot get together not good The breakfast should be an extra hour. Should be more breakfast items.

The room was fine but could not access internet and was told some rooms had poor internet connection. After much complaining I was allowed to switch rooms. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and helped me to switch rooms and I was then able to access internet however it was quite time consuming and inconvenient. Room was comfortable however. Breakfast that was included was minimal at best. I only booked this hotel on Expedia because I was offered a One Key credit card that said I would get a $100 credit by opening the card to pay for the room. Obviously I didn’t read all the fine print as I now found out that it only applies after spending $1000. I didn’t need the card and could have had a better offer through another company for a hotel room and only booked it because I thought I would receive a $100 credit. I don’t think I will use Expedia again after this.

Bad, bad experience on this hotel, stay away please. I been there with kids, a lot of noise, mariguana smell, dirty room, breakfast very poor and front desk person always with a very bad attitude. We never will be there.

Front desk clerks are rude and disrespectful

The air conditioner in our room, it didn’t seem like it was blowing cold air and also when we first arrived, the staff one of them had an attitude overall experience was probably a three out of five we did enjoy the free breakfast in the morning and it sucks that the pool was not open as well

The room smelled like cigarettes, but overall it was a good stay. It was for one night during the World Cup.
