A cute little boutique hotel in a convenient location. The property is very simple, but you get what you pay for.

Most overrated property in my 7 trips to Thailand. Room was supposed to be only 10 years old but it was beyond tired, it was exhausted. The balcony was inaccessible but that was Ok as it faced the bare wall of the next building. Bathroom Ok. AC good. Lady at check-in said two words “passport” and “signature “. This is a guesthouse not a hotel and I booked for 2 nights but left after one. I understand ratings are based somewhat on value but for $10 more I moved to a 8.8 hotel which was 10x better

Our stay was comfortable; there is no in-house laundry but there are several few minutes away. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was great very close to amenities nearby.

The hotel had the friendliest reception- really enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The lobby has a kitchen area if you want to cook breakfast. They have a secure entry at night - you have to use your room key. Overall, a very nice, clean, simple and welcoming place.

Fantastic property and staff. Location is perfect, morning local market, evening food stalls and Saturday walking market all within 100m. We look forward to staying again 😊

The hotel is homey with great support from the manager and staff. It is local to good restaurants and wonderful street food. Its location in old city made is easy to walk around Chiang Mai for shopping, massages and meals. We were able to be picked up from the hotel for our planned excursions. The room was comfortable and included a refridgerator. Close to Saturday night market.
