The location is convenient, clean room, small bathroom, attentive staff, overall good experience!

No soundproofing in the windows. So all you could hear was screaming nut jobs, the two hour trash bin collection at 10pm and some late night gun shots. Sleep was rarely an option.

Second time at The Gregorian and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Beautiful hotel, great area, wonderful staff. Love!!

Central location allowed for seeing sights nearby and easy access to subway to get to sights further away. arooms were large and beds were comfortable. Staff was mostly very friendly and helpful (had to request towels to be replaced twice during our 4 night stay) aside from one concierge (Brian) who must have had a bad night as he was extremely rude to several guests. Overall, I would stay again.

Great staff and great place to stay. Injures town so if you like Korean buffet your in the right place.

Convenient location - close to subway and has a lot of restaurants nearby. Room is very spacious for NYC. Bathroom is small though. There are some rough edges and the shower curtain smells.

The location is great. We did not expect the towels to be old at all hotel like that. One had holes in it even. Very little space to open luggage. Wish we had a window to a real street. we paid $400 per night so we expected better.

The position was great exactly where we wanted to be As far as the hotel services and amenities it was very average The front desk registration upon arrival late at night was not at all helpful. Day front desk was a little better We arrived with 4 large pieces of heavy luggage. Being elderly we were offered absolutely NO assistance whatsoever. We had to find a luggage trolley and load up our luggage ourselves and try and navigate this through an extremely small and narrow lift. Then navigate through narrow passages and a number of doors which had no way of staying open to make it easier.However when we checked our the day staff were extremely helpful The room was a good size but the amenities were non existent. No tea or coffee making facilities A basic kettle and some tea bags and coffee is the least that can be offered The bathroom had no storage facilities and the one drawer was not clean This property needs to be improved upon
