Being a hotel I personally think that the staff should speak basic English for the foreign guests

還好伴侶同行
Terrible - the bed sheets were dirty and there were mosquitoes when we entered the room. Changed rooms, but no better. Checked out after 10 minutes, but couldn't get a refund from the hotel or Hotels.com.
