Clean, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and a yummy breakfast!

Convenient location, great friendly service, highly recommended!

Excellent top-notch service! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and always so helpful! Room and premises were very clean. My one suggestion is for the gym to have more accessible hours - open early in the morning and later in the evening. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashiwa. It is also very close to the train station and markets - 5 minute walk, which makes it very convenient!

Everything was wonderful! 15 day stay after a surgery. Everyday fresh towels and robes were delivered to room, staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Room was spacious and immaculate. Convenient to supermarket, drugstore, dining, convenience store and train (2 minute walk across the street). Nadogaya Hospital 10 minute car ride.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Will stay sgain

At first I was not impress with the place, the lobby was beautiful, but the room did not have a dresser. which means that I have to live out of my luggage for the week. There was a closet which you can hang your suits and stuff. But since I was there on vacation, I did not bring any fancy clothes. Later on my husband told me that it's common in Asian countries, not to have a dresser. We started out the day with buffet breakfast. Which had the best curry that can rival with any good curry restaurant. After a day of sightseeing, came back to the hotel and had great sleep. They only come and clean the room if you stay more than 3 days, which we did, so they came about half way during our stay to clean the room. They did give us new towels everyday, left in a laundry bag outside our room. So at first I was reluctant to stay due to the lack of dresser in the room, but after the week's stay, the staff and the close proximity to the train, this would be my go to place to stay next time I'm in town.

Good

Great place right by the train station

Hotel staff were very helpful and the location is right next to the station and a shopping area

Almost perfect-the only one thing is the cleaning on the room (you have to stay 3 nights before they clean it)
