Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Loved the neighborhood, the spacious, well-equipped apartment, warm helpful staff. Discounts at near by restaurants.

Large clean room in nice and quiet location yet walking distance to anywhere you need or want. Don’t want to walk-just ask the staff and they’ll advise and/or arrange a car. The staff is awesome. They are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and multilingual.

Everyone very helpful, friendly. Rooms very clean.

Wonderful clean apartment, lovely and spacious, very comfortable. The staff are simply wonderful

Room clean,staff helpful.

Quiet location, room comfortable and clean, easy access to public transport or a brisk walk into the city centre. Would happily stay again.

This is my favorite Prague hotel/apartment. It is not exceptionally fancy, but extremely, clean and comfortable. The staff goes way beyond being helpful to making one feel very much at home and welcomed. As someone who has been staying in Prague hotels for decades, this an exceptional staff, location and facility. I can't say enough good about them!

While the room was clean and felt safe, that’s about the end of the compliments I can offer. We only stayed one night, but it was easily the worst night of sleep I’ve had at a hotel. If you like to exfoliate your skin with sandpaper, you’ll love the sheets and duvet cover on the bed. Our hotel room featured only half of a toilet paper roll. When we asked the front desk for another roll of toilet paper, they asked how much we were given before being giving us another.

Excellent staff, big room, the breakfast is delicious.
