This is a wonderful hotel with all the needed amenities. Great location in Morcote, which is close to Lugano and the train station. Staff was excellent, especially the driver Hasim.

很好 Beautiful hotel. Classic design. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Our shower leaked and they moved us rooms without question. The included breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was spendy, but food was good and amazing view. They do offer a shuttle into Lugano, but it only runs every two hours. The staff were all very mind. Would rate overall experience 4/5

The 5 star rating system really needs a review and this hotel is a perfect example of why. Bad management, poor communication, terrible resturant service and patchy information given from one guest to another. I could go into every detail but it would take hours. This hotel is a 3 star at best and has alot to do to improve.

This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic. Gabrielle and the entire staff at Swiss Diamond were/are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The spa was beautiful as well! Very relaxing! Thank you thank you Thank you
