The location was great im that it was close enough to where we wanted to get to and close to one of the main commuter train stations (Sol). We didn’t figure that out until about 1/2 way through the trip so we used taxis more then we needed to. Access was easy and the place was great!

Excellent location, convenient clean space, noise from other apartments can easily travel through the walls though.

Clean room. Easy self check in. Has lift for luggage which was helpful
However, AC did not work. To be comfortable we had to open window and location is on a noisy street.There also was a fire alarm that went off one morning so we were displaced for a few hours with no communication from hosts .

This is the place you want to be at when visiting Madrid. Close to plaza mayor and puerta del sol. Very nice place to stay.

The property was very nice and clean, but there was no hot water.
Finally it was fixed the night before we left.
