I enjoyed my stay here. Room was big, clean and beds comfortable. Ate lunch in the restaurant and food and service was good. Would stay here again if needed a room in the area.

A unique, upscale hotel. The check in staff was amazing, providing drink coupons for our arrival and ready with information on breakfast destinations for the morning. The room was spacious and well appointed.

My stay at the American was memorable. I was there for the monthly play reading and could not believe how pumping the restaurant was for a Monday night. Talk about vibe. Food was delicious, and the interior design was fun and energetic. Pat at the front desk was so helpful to me at check-in. I felt that, as a solo traveler, she gave me extra care. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
