Very nice hotel, but rooms are looking dated now, not 5 star at all. Some staff were great, others not very good, and are not allowed to do certain things. Stayed at the Viceoy last year in Loulé, another level in terms of rooms. Overall, nice holiday and some good things about the hotel, but not 5 star in my view. Also lots of building work going on, so take your earphones if you don’t like diggers…

Fantastic yet again!
We’re often travelling to Quinta do Lago and always stay at the Conrad. The renovation to the the restaurant, reception and poolside is beautifully done. Thanks to all at the Conrad Algarve. We’ll see you again.

超讚 Regular visitors to this hotel. The staff, especially the guys on the door are amazing. They make the place special.
Couple of areas for thought. Water in the room. Not enough supplied. Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished.
Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this.
Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items. I feel for the cost, the fridge should be refilled every couple of days for those staying longer. Bit of a cheap vibe for such a great hotel.
These things said, we love the hotel.

很好 Spotlessly clean, only slight issue.. there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
