Excellent room and very helpful and polite staff

Nice place to stay with helpful owner who arranged transport for us. Beautiful area for breakfast. Rooms are basic but big and everything worked.

A very beautiful property where you are given a true Sri Lankan welcome by Mr Gomez and his staff. Near to beach and many excellent restaurants but an oasis of peace in a calm tropical garden.

The place is a Oasis the owner is a perfect host nothing was any trouble for him and staff The hotel is unbelievable with gardens. Rooms are clean well stocked with refrigerator in them And a awesome welcoming display on the bed pool is clean I cannot say enough about it Best hotel I e stayed in in srilanka Thanks to all of you for ending my vacation with such dedication

Once again a very comfortable stay in the best place in Negombo.

Wonderful to be back at this professionally run hotel. Guests are made to feel exceptionally welcome and comfortable. The rooms are amazing, spacious and in pristine condition. Staff service is consistently impeccable. Mr Gomez is truly an amazing person who elevated the stay to a level, that will hopefully make any guests come back, again and again.

A return visit to a beautiful place, professional service, impeccable staff. Gorgeous lush gardens, short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and ATM. The owner / manager is very welcoming and consistently helpful assuring a satisfying stay.

This was our second time in this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the perfect and professional attention. Manager and staff are attentive and very helpful. Our rooms were immaculately clean, with huge ensuite bathrooms. The tropical garden is beautiful.

What a fun, clean, quirky hotel. Great staff, gardens, pool. Variety of rooms, but I think we lucked out with the room facing the pool.

This is a unique residence compared to everything else in the area. It is a tranquil environment and somewhere to completely switch off. Yet You are still close to the main bars etc. such a warm welcome from Gomez and his team. We will be returning.
