I booked this hotel by reading the positive reviews. I think they are fake. I am sitting right now in hotel room writing this review.
1. Hotel needs serious cleaning
2. Carpets in the room are dirty and sticking to my feet
3. Bathroom had no towels
4. In room service phone does not work
5. I called the hotel reception for towels and dental kit - it has not arrived i have been waiting.
6. Room’s AC does not work at all, I have the fan on high speed and coolest possible. But it does not work.
I don’t know it’s just me they decided to give a bad room or the reviews are paid. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T BOOK THIS. Not a 4 star - i would say it’s a 2 star hotel.

Btw - guys on reception, They are very welcoming and nice.
Editing my review in the morning, at 11:53am someone opened my door form their staff members while my room was on DnD, Saw me naked and closed the door. I called the reception - they sent a guy to check and offered me tea and coffee for seeing me naked. THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE!!!!!!

During my stay there was only first day when the towels were changed, later no. I had to use the same towels.
No cleaning of the room.
It may be clean when you check in, but every day you will find only bed settled, all the other points are not changed: the floor remained dirty for three days, the towels were not changed, not always may be ordered meal for the room service due the absence of chef or absence of requid ingredients (in this case chef and menu shall be refreshed).
One of the important points: no ramp outside. If you have a heavy suitcase you will have to enjoy the activity “carry your heavy bag yourself”.
There were nobody when I checked in and checked out in the lobby who could help to bring the luggage to the room when check in or outside when checking out.

不錯 Excellent staff, helpful and nice. Room was not up to an executive room standard. Dirty carpet with lots of stains, falling curtains, door electronic card not working, had to use a normal key. House keeping, comes in the room to change towels and sheets but never clean anything else. Bathroom amenities were missing, such as Bathrobes. Bedroom missing Blackout drapes as it's mentioned.
It says hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which is not true.
