The staff were exceptional!!!

The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The buffet had plenty of choices and the staff at the restaurant was very attentive to our needs. The pools are well maintained although the closing time for the pools seems to be a bit early, I believe they close the pools at 6 pm. This would be the only soft complain about our stay. We have been there in the past and they seem to keep up the good work and customer service.

Not happy with the check in should have got our room at 3 didn’t get both rooms still 5pm and nothing done to compensate us disappointing

Staff are very helpful But the management are useless I had issues with the AC in the room on 2 occasions but they took there time in sorting it out and said the would compensate but nothing happened and tried to blame me

Disappointed with check in, we should have got our rooms at 3pm didn’t get it till 5. Had AC issues notified them before going out and came back later and still wasn’t fixed they then changed our room at 1am in the morning we was tired and just wanted to sleep. Then it happened again few days later had to move rooms. We didn’t get compensated for this very disappointed

Lovely resort, good facilities, great food, great staff. The only negative was the beach which was disappointing.

Great resort that's well suited for families. Enjoyed every moment and I would certainly recommend for a family with kids
