Lovely hotel.

Clean, centrally located & friendly.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center.

Everything about this antique hotel with all modern ammenities is exceptional, charming, and historical. Located near Teatro San Carlo in cultural center of this proud and timeless port city, this is a hotel I will soon return to for at least a week or longer, and I will bring my professional camera equipment. Very friendly environment Location

Had an amazing time in Naples. Hotel is in a great location close to the metro and many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. We had a ton of questions for the staff and they were very helpful, as well as amenable to a late checkout on request. Breakfast was okay, but the breakfast cappuccino made up for any disappointment. Room was a bit hot, probably the biggest downside.

The shops nearby were great. Lots of shopping options and food options.

Location is perfect to enjoy local food and drinks. Good shopping including souvenir shops. Staff were very helpful, we were heading home from a trip as a family member was ill. We were given a room very early which was greatly appreciated. Continental breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend

What I liked: Fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, close to the Spanish quarter and to the Palace and harbor ! Great coffee at breakfast! What I didn’t like was the following: The Room is a little shabby and does not appear to have been painted in a long time! The room we had was next to the bar/kitchen area and we were woken up early every morning as you could hear everything through the thin walls! No mirror or hot water kettle in the room. Not enough outlets in the room. Noisy A/C. No view as the room overlooked a roof with barred windows! The breakfast was less than basic, the only hot food item they had was hard boiled eggs, which is perfectly fine except if you did not get there in time and they ran out then they did not boil any extra and you were told that there are no more eggs! Minuscule selection of cheese and cold cuts, lots of pastries and breads though!
