Great service and super breakfast. Room small and hot and a bit run down. Relatively expensive but it was festival weekend.

Absolutely amazing stay, staff were all so helpful and went above and beyond. Food was incredible and would love to stay here again.

Great position for Osborne House. Helpful staff and god food.

Needs some tlc and cleaning of rooms could be better

My daughter and I had a wonderful three night stay. Comfortable and homey. Delicious breakfasts and the friendliest staff anywhere. Loved it 😊

The room was a little cold, but the staff gave us an electric heater. So all was good. Lovely staff, food amazing deffo recommend.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and quite comfortable. I would have scored it higher if the thermostat on the radiator was working. The room became uncomfortably warm during the night, and I had to open the window because I couldn’t adjust the radiator

In general the 'hotel' is well run but in reality it is just a pub with rooms. The outside space is littered with cigarette ends, especially around the door. The staff are friendly and there were three reasonably priced real ales on the bar. The only real let down was the breakfast service. The menu is very limited and there were no cold drinks. The service was slow and on my final morning, non-existent. I waited to be served for about 20 minutes but no staff appeared. I had to buy a sandwich on the ferry. The wi-fi was very good downstairs but very poor in my room.

Breakfast good and choices from evening menu very good. Convenient for visits to Osborne House
