Great service from our butler staff. Restaurants were above average. Booking reservations was a little difficult due to closures and low occupancy. I contacted the property several times ahead of our trip as well as during our trip for room decor for one of our three rooms for a 21st birthday (we dropped over $14k for this trip). It never happened. Not a huge deal but a simple request that could have made a big impression. Overall, the experience was good and the property met our expectataions. We would return.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything was nothing but amazing the food, the atmosphere, the people I just can’t get over it. But most of all my butler Yure she was the best!! She made sure I was well taken care of. I went for my birthday and she made it everything I could think of. I will definitely be back and soon! :)

This is a beautiful safe property! Very peaceful and the restaurants are delicious. My favorite was the India restaurant, The Bhogali. The staff was always helpful. My butler Misa was AMAZING, very personal calm and willing to help with whatever you needed! The Spa was relaxing and the therapeutic pool, amazing! My massage and body scrub was wonderful. Breakfast lunch dinner desserts were perfect! Great juices and drinks too! It’s right of the ocean that has in island that you can visit! You will not be disappointed if you book here! Enjoy because I will definitely return !

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our butler was Eladio and he was the BEST!! He handled anything and everything to make our stay perfect. He contacted us before our stay to check and see if there was anything we wanted special in our mini frig. Lili checked us into our room and was very helpful in explaining how everything worked at the property.We did have a spa day and we each had a wonderful masseuse Louise and Michele. I would recommend either of these guys if looking to get a massage during your stay. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Make sure you make your reservation for certain restaurants with your butlers at least a day before.

The staff was extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice. Our bartender at the swim up bar named Jafet was our favorite! He was so nice every single day the best bartender ever.

Un hotel muy lujoso pegado al mar, está en muy buenas condiciones, el trato que dan es espectacular, todo extremadamente limpio, cuenta con chicas rey con comida y un espectáculo súper bueno y dinámico, la verdad que merece la pena visitarlo, la comida en general en los bufets y los restaurantes muy rica , quedé enamorada del restaurante Capricho En resumen es un hotel que repetiría porque todo me encantó les doy un 10 con excelencia

Resort was beautiful 😍 staff was so attentive. Would definitely stay again! Only reason for one less star was the food. Definitely could have been better.

I have been to this property several times and they never disappoint. From the moment that you check in to the different experiences on the property to the point that you leave to head back to the airport, everything is immaculate.

Book your dinners early to get good reservations! The Italian and French restaurants are heavenly!
