Excellent location near the station. Parking was fine but the entrance is not where Google Maps states. Older hotel in art deco style. Shows its age but has some character. Renovated small ensuite in our room. Comfortable, clean and warm. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Live music in the bar afterwards was enjoyable. Great value accommodation, would stay again.

It is perfectly fine for an affordable hotel, a clean room in a good location. There's a good restaurant too. The only annoyance was that the hand-basin was unreasonably small.

Clean rooms close to cbd.

The hotel was magnificent, convenient walk to everything. The only downside is fridge makes loud noises at night , also hard to find parking spaces

The car park needs upgrading.

Trivia night was fun, friendly and helpful staff. Great location

Great location, close to everything. Comfortable beds, bit squashed with 3 in the room but made it work

was able to check in early, lady was very helpful. we were allowed to leave luggage safely locked away for the daywe departed. shower cubicle was on the small side in room 1.

The hotel is very convenient to the taxi rank and to the station if you're travelling by train. It is a pub and all the rooms are upstairs so all the noise carries (think live music, trivia nights).

We loved everything about Hotel Katoomba. The staff were great , food was Fabulous and the location was perfect for us. Loved all the unique shops and the dining in the area. We will only book Hotel Katoomba for our next vidit
