Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed.

First room smelled horrible cigarettes and second room was put of hot water for more than 10 days. Staff was pushing their promises every day for the hot water until we got fed up and asked for refund. Bear in mind that I booked this hotel room for over 27 days. I used to come here every year for the past 3 years but this is officially my last time here.

Very Dirty place and a lot of cockroaches in the room. Never recommend anyone.

I paid for the room what l saw on line they do net have my room they give room no view ocean when I ask for my room, they told me the all booked. I want to leave the hotel because they are for not professional, and they are lying in the list of the hotel.

The room smelled like mould and we forgot items in the fridge but they denied finding them after half an hour of leaving the room. The worst experience ever

Nice

Clean , quiet , friendly staff

Lovely room but hotel has no facilities around it completely isolated surrounded by 🚧.

older hotel -was a grand hotel at one time - has been renovated and is still very nice and clean -- room are big , bath is comfortable has a gig tub. hotel is a bit far from things but easy to use bus and metro as well as ferry from the aquarium near by -- best part was the tour shop in the lobby . Katrina set up some great tours for us with easy pick up at the hotel -allin all a great stay in sharjah /dubai --one bad this NO beer in sharjah and very little in Dubai !!!!!

I had a great stay, thank you. I hope the exercise instruments in the gym are maintained and all functional.
